Conrad's Las Vegas steak house is one of the Flamingo Hotel's finest restaurants. It's softly lit and decorated with rich oak paneling, marble and mosaic floors, fine art and elegant furnishings. The menu offers a wide variety of appetizers and dinners including succulent steaks, fresh seafood and many different types of stylish desserts as well. Just to get your mouth watering, one of the seafood items available is fresh Maine Lobster Bisque; it's garnished with cuts of lobster meat and laced with cognac and vermouth cream.
