2. Why can't I see 360 panoramas?

To view the panoramas you MUST have java installed and enabled. Visit http://www.java.com/ to download.

If the image won't load and leaves a blank grey box or an error message try the following (bear in mind it can sometimes take a while for the Java to load).

Other options:

Try resizing the browser window to encourage loading the Java applet.
If you have any other programs open, close them.
For Macintosh users, check the memory allocation for the application.
Check if you have enough physical memory.
For either Macintosh or Windows machines, quit other applications and launch the browser again
If none of the above work, try quitting out of the browser and re-opening it.

3. What is the Full screen 360 icon?

Full screen 360's are QuickTime VR panoramas. They are interactive 360 degree images that requires QuickTime.

4. I can't view the full screen 360's?

QuickTime is required for viewing.

Go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
The small installer will now download all necessary components (2.7MB for minimal installation) and install them on your computer.
Further information on the installation process of QuickTime is available here.

5. The Windows Media Player logo appears when I try to play a QuickTime movie, but the movie never plays. What is going on?

Your computer system is configured to try to play QuickTime files in Windows Media Player instead of in QuickTime. Windows Media Player will be unable to play most (if not all) QuickTime movies found on the Destination360 Web site. Reinstall QuickTime; we recommend downloading a fresh copy of the of QuickTime. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
